Tony Mazzarella, CDMP


Tony Mazzarella, CDMP, is a Data Governance leader in the financial services industry with over 15 years of cross-industry experience in Information Technology, Digital, and Data Management. He is a passionate and dedicated Data Management practitioner and thought leader. In his current role, Tony is building up an Enterprise Data Governance program from the ground up for a company built through acquisition. An active member of the DAMA community, he currently serves as president of the DAMA New England Chapter and is a past DAMA International board member. Tony loves music, craft beer, books, and the Boston Red Sox, which are all the things he would get to enjoy if he wasn't the father of a blended family with five kids.

Agnes K. Vega, MBA
Voya Financial

Agnes is currently a Senior Data Governance Analyst at Voya Financial. She is a Data Governance, Metadata, Stewardship, and Data Quality management professional with extensive experience gained at several employers and professional organizations. She possesses proven ability to manage and drive results in a rapidly changing Data Governance and Management environment, as well as other business disciplines. Agnes is an educator at heart, strategic thinker with ability to inspire teams, and build key stakeholder relationships. She holds a M.B.A from University of New Haven and serves as a Vice President of Education for the New England Data Management Association.

Mary Lynn Early

Mary Lynn is an Enterprise Information Management (EIM) leader who guides teams through maturity of data management capabilities in the areas of: Data Strategy, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Data Stewardship. Mary Lynn is a consultant and currently works for Accenture providing service to clients in the life sciences and healthcare industries. Prior to this Mary Lynn held various roles focused on defining and delivering data management services and data warehouse products. She holds a BS from Bloomsburg University of PA and resides in southern New Hampshire. Mary Lynn serves as the VP of Marketing and Communications for the DAMA New England chapter.

Nupur Gandhi
The Hartford

Nupur is a Senior Business Consultant at the Hartford. She has a deep understanding of data stewardship, data quality, reference data management. Prior to joining the Hartford, Nupur led the data stewardship practice and data quality reporting in Philips Lighting for North America and Canada market. Nupur has an MS from the University of Connecticut and MBA from the Mumbai University. Nupur serves as the VP of Marketing and Communications for the DAMA New England chapter.

Sandi Perillo-Simmons

Sandi is 2VP of Data Management for Personal Insurance at Travelers. She has a deep understanding of data governance and stewardship, data quality, metadata, and third-party data in the P&C insurance industry. Prior to joining Travelers, Sandi held various positions at The Hartford, more recently as director of their Enterprise Strategic Data Services group. Sandi has also held positions as program and team leader, software developer, and technical analyst at AMS Services (now Vertafore), CISGEM Technologies, and Aetna. Sandi is currently a member of the IDMA Board of Directors, VP of Operations for DAMA New England, and holds the CIDM, CDMP, and ACE designations from IDMA, DAMA, and ACORD respectively. She has an Executive M.B.A from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in Computer Science and Math from the University of Hartford.

Laura Sebastian-Coleman

Laura Sebastian-Coleman (CDMP, IQCP), Data Quality Lead at Aetna/CVS Heath, has worked on data quality in large healthcare analytic data warehouses since 2003. Laura has implemented data quality metrics and reporting, launched and facilitated data quality working groups, and contributed to data consumer training programs. She has led efforts to establish data standards and to manage metadata for large analytic data warehouses. DAMA Publications Officer (2015-18) and production editor for the DAMA-DMBOK2, she is also author of Navigating the Labyrinth (2018) and Measuring Data Quality for Ongoing Improvement (2013).
